About Bella Ink Permanent Makeup
Megan is a licensed permanent makeup artist in Oregon with over five years of experience, specializing in eyebrow microblading and permanent cosmetic makeup. She trained and apprenticed with Laura J. Albano, a very prestigious and well-known cosmetic and medical tattoo artist in Los Angeles. She has also done advanced machine and areola micropigmentation training at the Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics.
