Service Description

A classic eyeliner tattoo is more defined and dramatic. It involves applying pigment along the upper and/or lower lash lines, extending slightly beyond the lashes to create a visible eyeliner effect. The line can be thick or thin, winged or straight, depending on the desired look.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to re-schedule your appointment please provide at least 48 hours notice. You must be at least 18 years old in the state of Oregon to receive a tattoo, regardless of parental or legal guardian consent unless authorized by a physician.
