Service Description

If you would like to meet Megan and have specific questions answered, please book a consultation to learn more. If you choose to book a service, the consultation fee will be applied to the cost of the desired service.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to re-schedule your appointment please provide at least 48 hours notice. You must be at least 18 years old in the state of Oregon to receive a tattoo, regardless of parental or legal guardian consent unless authorized by a physician.
